10-8-09 fall harvest brainI'm in KC part of this week and I found a vine at the KC house! In the backyard behind the shed, a small vine was growing along the back fence line.
To my surprise I spotted a lovely small pumpkin hanging on the other side of the fence in deep growth of bushes and weeds.
The house to our back in now for sale and the lawn is neglected, so I figured I’d reach for the pumpkin.
Finally, I should be satisfied to have a pumpkin instead of just a gourd! I'm ready for Halloween now!
Molly and I found these black birds at a shop in Prairie Village. I bought one and she bought several to decorate her house!
